Packaging

We believe it’s more important than ever to be wary of plastic usage and excess packaging, as we move to a more sustainable future. That is why our glass candle jars are perfect for storing bits and bobs after cleaning out the wax. We sell attractive bamboo lids separtely. The box is also fully recyclable too.

Natural Formula

We only use natural coconut and soy wax for our candles. This ensures that our scented candles burn cleaner and last longer. Our wax melts are also pet-safe and vegan friendly.

Care

When you receive your candle from us, Please put it in your desired room for 24 hours before lighting. This is especially important in winter. Your scented candle will be very cold from the delivery, so to melt to the edge, it needs to be ambient.

The first burn is the most important so make sure you burn your scented candle for 2-4 hours at a time until there is a full burn pool, but not longer than 4 hours.

For best results, we recommend you trim the wick to around 1cm before re-lighting. The best way to trim your wick is by using one of our matte black wick trimmers.

Important: Keep out of reach of pets and children.

UK Returns

All or part of your orders can be returned to us unused within 31 days of purchase and we will refund the value of the goods returned if you do not want to exchange the order for a different scent.

Please ensure you return the item as you received it in its original packaging.

Please ensure that if you are returning something to us, you take reasonable care of it when it's with you and always ask for a 'Proof of Posting' certificate from the post office when posting items to us.

Softly scented candle Lime , Basil & Mandarin candle. If you like the melts of the above you'll like this. However it's not as strong as the melts ( I like strong scents!!!!) Then again if it was really strong you'd be eating the scent after you've been burning it for several hours . Lovely heavy bottomed glass with a sealed bamboo lid

Super fresh After being super pleased with the wax melts I decided to purchase a candle too. So glad I did. Perfect scent throw from start to finish. Really simple and stylish jar, which fits in anywhere around the house. Burns evenly and really does last. I’ve even up cycled the jar, perfect for keeping pretty things on my dressing table. I also love the packaging, it’s fully recyclable and the packing noodles even disappear - magic :)
