I have the diffuser in my hall & love coming down the stairs past the lovely aroma.
I first smelt this fragrance on holiday. The diffuser had lime, basil and mandarin on the label but not the brand. I did some searching and liked your ethos and story so decided to buy from you. The fragrance is absolutely gorgeous in my home and has the added bonus of reminding me of a very happy holiday recently experienced. Thank you.

I purchased this reed diffuser for my downstairs cloakroom, the smell is actually quite strong but not unpleasant. I only have a few reeds in the oil itself as it is quite a small space & I didn'twant it to be overpowering. I took a chance on this smell as I have not had this one before, it is a nice citrus fragrance without the 'strange' after scent that can come with citrus fruits. As with my other purchases, I live the minimalist design of the bottle & the fact I can purchase refills for it. I would love to find a stockist near me or be able to 'sample' smells before I buy as I take a gamble with ordering products I'm not familiar with.

Lovely smell & lasted well
Bought these for 1st time, previously used similar product. However these are worlds apart ! Smells so wonderful when come in house and so so pleased will definitely order again and on subscription. So glad I found this company!! All's great including packaging.
Only put it together today but smells nice so far. However, I was very disappointed to see you are using plastic stoppers. I have bought Valentte diffusers and they have cardboard type that just pushes through. I found the stopper hard to remove and had to use a knife and nearly spilt some plus you’re using lots of plastic which we are trying to cut down on.
The order came quickly and nicely presented. Looking forward to putting our one out soon.

Arrived in good time. Not tried these before . Don’t know if meant to smell like Jo malone. Think the scent was different. The fragrance is strong and it does very well in small rooms. The reeds are good quality

Beautiful fragrance filling my home - one of my favourite combinations. As this is my first order, I’m monitoring the diffusers lasting power which will influence any following order. When I unpacked my parcel I was disappointed to see the plastic fillers then realised they were dissolveable and had such fun watching them vanish under the tap! 🤣 All good so far!
